If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it for a refund (less S&H) within 30 days.

Prior to returning any item for credit, you will need to contact us either by phone or email (
returns@glassartbyjoe.com) to
obtain an RMA # (Return Authorization Number).  Refunds cannot be processed without RMA #'s.

Refunds for the cost of the item(s) will be issued (less S&H) if the items are in sellable condition. Items that are used,
damaged, or are in poor condition will not be accepted for refund. We advise you to insure your return for the full value in
the event an item is lost or damaged in shipment.

Custom work may not be returned for refund.
